Process

The CJH Network includes experts in the full range of Continuous Improvement techniques. All of our Consultants have been trained by one or more, of the various Quality Institutes from Crosby to Lean Six Sigma. Our fundamental belief is that Process Improvement is inextricably linked to People Improvement. If a business can create the right climate for Improvement, they can follow through with any Innovation including; Customer Excellence, Safety, Environmental and Energy. CJH can provide the following services in any business sector.

Project Management

CJH can provide Project Managers for any Process Improvement and  offer training in both traditional waterfall and Agile techniques. We can also provide Goshido, a Project Management tool built on the principles of Agile and Lean.

Assessment & Audit

Our Network includes EFQM Assessors and ISO Auditors in the following areas; ISO 9000, 14 000, 18 000 & 50 000. These audits can be used at the front end of a project to determine the current state and provide direction for plans. They also provide the standards templates for Quality Systems which are required for both compliance and entry into certain markets. As a company moves to steady state, Assessments and Audits can be used to generate Improvement Plans for the future.

Lean Applications

CJH has developed a series of applications for specific sectors such as Lean Office for Administrative & Service functions and Lean Healthcare for Hospitals and Care Facilities. These combine training with immediate application.
CJH is registered with Enterprise Ireland and can offer their clients the following services;

Assignments will typically be carried out over eight to ten weeks. Companies will be eligible to receive support for a maximum of seven consultancy days.

Lean Plus refers to a Lean project over a medium-term period.  A Lean Plus assignment is a medium-term, business process improvement project. It will apply Lean techniques and will achieve significant measurable gains in capabilities and competitiveness.
Assignments may vary in size and scope but will typically be completed within six months.

Lean Transform is a large scale, company transformation programme. The Lean Transform initiative is primarily designed for larger companies with significant operations who can demonstrate that they have existing capability and resources to implement a programme of this scale. Assignments will typically run for at least one year. The assignment is preceded by a scoping exercise.
